  1. What is education, please give your own understanding?

  什么是教育,請(qǐng)給出你自己的理解。

  Ways of answers: first, you should use one or two sentences to explain what is education in authoritative. According to the concept, you can talk about your view of education. Of course, as an English teacher in future, you should combine theory to practice. Especially pay attention to what you have be influenced and what will you do.

  答題思路;首先從學(xué)術(shù)角度講出教育的概念,接下來(lái),依據(jù)教育的概念,結(jié)合自己的專(zhuān)業(yè),談?wù)勎磥?lái)的規(guī)劃以及教育對(duì)自己職業(yè)的影響。

  2. What’s the TBLT, and how to guide your teaching?什么是TBLT教學(xué)模式,如何指導(dǎo)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。

  答題思路:先給出TBLT的概念,再說(shuō)如何指導(dǎo)教學(xué)。

  1. The definition of task-based language teaching(概念)

  Task-based Language Teaching is, in fact, a further development of Communicative Language Teaching. It shares the same beliefs, as language should be learned as close as possible to how it is used in real life. However, it has stressed the importance to combine form-focused teaching with communication-focused teaching.

  2. Four components of a task(影響因素——如何指導(dǎo)教學(xué):從教學(xué)目的、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過(guò)程、教學(xué)效果展開(kāi))

  A task has four main components: a purpose, a context, a process and a product.

  A purpose: making sure the students have a reason for undertaking the task.

  A context: this can be real, stimulated or imaginary, and involves sociolinguistics issues,such as the location, the participants and their relationship, the time, and other important factors.

  A process: getting the students to use learning strategies such as problem solving, reasoning, inquiring, conceptualizing and communicating.

  A product: there will be some form of outcome, either visible or invisible.

  3. What makes a good language teacher?(一個(gè)好的語(yǔ)言老師應(yīng)該具備什么樣的品質(zhì))

  答題思路:從道德情懷、專(zhuān)業(yè)技能、個(gè)人風(fēng)格三方面展開(kāi),一定要舉例說(shuō)明。

  There are a variety of elements that contributes to the qualities of the language, which can be categorized into three groups:

  1. ethic devotion

  2. professional qualities (the most important and most difficult part )

  3. personal styles

  You should talk about these questions abundantly. You’d better make some examples.

  4.Please talk about the role of teacher in moral learning?簡(jiǎn)述在道德教育中老師的角色。

  答題思路:從兩方面展開(kāi):教師的道德角色,教師在道德課程中角色。

  There are two aspects to the role of moral educator. First, the teacher can serve as a moral exemplar or role model for the students to imitate. The second aspect is for the teacher to make appropriate decisions as a curriculum developer.

  1. Teacher as role model

  There are a number of questions we can ask ourselves: (1) How we treat our students?

  (2) Do we follow rules that we set for our students? (3) Do we acknowledge our mistake?

  2. Teacher as curriculum developer

  Teachers need to be aware of the moral questions and issues that could be raised with the students.

  5. How to correct errors?怎么處理學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤。

  答題思路:首先從errors的概念出發(fā),說(shuō)明和mistakes的區(qū)別;然后根據(jù)任務(wù)的目的性展開(kāi)說(shuō)明。

  There are different ways and techniques for correcting errors, such as direct teacher correction, indirect teacher correction, self-correction, peer correction, whole class correction, etc.

  As a general rule, indirect teacher correction is encouraged rather than direct teacher correction to avoid damaging students’ self esteem and confidence.

 

  In practice, self-correction is encouraged before teacher correction or peer correction because if it is a mistake, the student himself/herself will be able to correct it.
